WHAT WE DO & HOW IT WORKS
At Swanson’s Estate Sales, we specialize in helping families and individuals navigate life’s transitions. Whether someone has passed away, you’re downsizing, moving into a care facility, facing divorce, or simply need to liquidate a house full of items—we’re here to help.
We offer on-site estate sales including services like packing, moving, organizing, pricing, displaying, and final clean-up. We also work closely with attorneys and realtors and are known for handling sensitive and high-profile estates with discretion.
OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
1. FREE CONSULTATION
Mike will personally visit the home to assess the best sale method - on - site, auction, or buyout. This consultation is always free with no obligation and no upfront costs.
2. SETTING A DATE
Once a contract is signed, we schedule your sale date. We host estate sales year - round and will work within your timeline.
3. OUR SETUP PROCESS
We organize and display items by category (kitchenware, tools, books, etc) on linen - covered tables, off the ground for easy shopping. We value presentation - it is important that your estate is treated right. This is not another yard sale.
5. PRICING
Our family/ team is very knowledgable and has years and years of experience, We know good market value on all items that we come across. whether pricing individual pieces or full collections. We aim to get you top dollar.
6. THE 3 DAY PROCESS
Thursday: 8am-6pm Full price
Fridays: 8am - 6pm 25% OFF
Saturdays: 8am - 1pm 50% OFF
1pm Auction whatever is left
7. CLEAN UP
Once we finish auction, everything must go THAT day. We leave the house as clean as we found it. If your sale was on - site, we handle the clean up. No piles or trash left behind. We make it look like we were never there.
8. PAYDAY
Once the sale ends, we gather the books and get you your check! YUP it's pay day time!
